The Viewer role is great for users who need transparency without operational access. Users with Viewer access can see all payments, track statuses, and view basic reports throughout your Melio account, but they cannot create, edit, or approve anything. Viewers can also export payment activity for reporting purposes.
Adding team members is simple: go to Settings > Users and roles, click “Add user,” fill in their details, and select their role. They’ll receive an email invitation to join your account with the permissions you’ve assigned. Learn more about team management in Melio Academy, or read a step-by-step guide.
Team management is available on Core, Boost, and Unlimited plans. Our Go plan is designed for single users only. On Core and Boost plans, each additional user costs $10/month, while Unlimited subscribers can add as many team members as needed at no extra charge.
