Who can you refer?
Businesses
Refer any business to Melio—whether they’re a restaurant, retailer, or consultant—and earn $300 when their first completed payment using any payment method is $500+ .
Accounting firms
When you refer an accountant, bookkeeper, or accounting firm to Melio, you’ll earn $600 once they add a client whose first completed payment in Melio is $500+.

How and when you get paid
Track your results
Check your PartnerStack dashboard in real-time to track the referrals you’ve introduced and how much money you’ve made.
Get paid out
Payouts are made once per month, for the previous month’s referrals. Your cash will be available for withdrawal no later than the 13th.

We’ve simplified our affiliate program into two clear commission models:
Refer a business and earn $300
When you refer a business to Melio and their first completed payment via any payment method is $500+, you earn $300.
Terms:
- Your referral must sign up through your affiliate link.
- Your referral completes their first payment via any payment method (credit card, ACH, international, etc.), and the payment is $500+.
Refer an accounting firm and earn $600
When you refer an accountant, bookkeeper, or accounting firm that adds a client to their Melio account, and that client’s first completed payment via any payment method is $500+, you earn $600.
Terms:
- Your referral must sign up for Melio through your affiliate link.
- The accounting firm adds a new client (cannot be you) to their Melio account.
- That client completes their first payment via any payment method (credit card, ACH, international, etc.)and the payment is $500+ .
The Melio affiliate program is provided by PartnerStack and all payments are made through them. Melio approves all payments by the 7th of each month and payment is available via PartnerStack by the 13th of the following month. For more information about payments please read this article.
No. Refer as many businesses and accounting firms as you want. There’s no cap on your earnings.
Your tracking cookie lasts for 90 days. If someone clicks your affiliate link and signs up within that window, you’ll get credit for the referral.
While we allow, and even encourage, using your personal social media to share your link, any paid advertising activity (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc) is strictly prohibited. Violating these guidelines will result in removal from the program.
You’ll have access to banners, social media graphics, email templates, product screenshots, and messaging guidelines—all available in your affiliate dashboard. If you need something custom, reach out to your affiliate manager.
Your dedicated affiliate manager is here to help with questions about the affiliate program, your payouts, or anything else. You’ll receive their contact information in your welcome email, and you can always reply to the affiliate emails.
