Agent Mel is powered by a third-party large language model hosted through Amazon Bedrock, which processes user queries securely but does not store them or use them to train the underlying model. While Melio has implemented technical safeguards to ensure Agent Mel only retrieves data associated with the authorized client and does not expose information across accounts, the assistant may still occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading responses.
