FAQ

After you sign up or sign in to Melio, you can easily connect your Amazon Business account from either your Bills tab or Settings. 

  • In Pay, go to the Bills tab and click Import bills. Select Connect accounts and choose Amazon Business. 
  • From Settings, go to Company settings, Sync and import, and under Amazon Business, click Connect.

You’ll be asked to sign in to Amazon Business using your credentials. Invoices from the last 30 days will automatically be added to your Bills tab in about a minute.

Once you connect with Amazon Business, all your invoices will appear in two places. You can find them separately under the Bills tab or in the Vendors tab under Amazon Business. You can either pay all Amazon invoices at once or separately, using a different payment method for each invoice.

The connection with Amazon Business and Melio is a one-way sync. Meaning you’ll see your Amazon Business invoices on Melio but the paid status of those invoices won’t be reflected on your Amazon account.

You can pay your Amazon Business invoices and any other business bill however you choose. Melio offers many payment methods, including card or ACH bank transfer. Visit our help center to learn more about paying bills with Melio.

Currently, Melio doesn’t support the use of credit memos to pay Amazon Business invoices.
