Log in to Melio & go to Settings.
Choose Sync & Import.
Click Connect under NetSuite.
Enter your login information when prompted.
Select subsidiary and click Connect.
2-way sync allows you and your team to create a bill directly or sync them from NetSuite so they’re ready to be paid.
Melio syncs your vendors’ information, saving you time on manual data entry.
Once you’ve completed scheduling a payment in Melio, your NetSuite account is automatically updated with the payment details.
Melio provides a 2-way sync with NetSuite to support faster, more accurate accounts payable automation workflows. Vendor details, unpaid bills, bill amounts, line items, due dates, scheduled payment dates, and payment statuses sync automatically between both platforms. When a payment is processed through Melio, the corresponding bill in NetSuite is updated and marked as paid—with no manual reconciliation required.
Melio supports both NetSuite Standard edition and OneWorld edition in their NetSuite integration. If you use the OneWorld edition, each company in Melio can sync with a single subsidiary. You can create a few different companies in your Melio account—one for each subsidiary—and sync them all for easier reconciliation and accurate record-keeping.
No. Connecting Melio does not overwrite or alter your existing NetSuite records. The NetSuite integration reads your current vendor and bill data to populate Melio, then writes payment updates back to NetSuite as payments are processed. If you disconnect the integration at any point, your NetSuite data remains intact.
Yes. You can set up payment approval workflows in Melio so that payments above a certain threshold, or from specific vendors, require sign-off before anything goes out. Approvers get notified without needing access to NetSuite, which makes it easier to keep the right people in the loop without adding system complexity.
Yes. Melio supports NetSuite ACH payments and helps automate vendor payments through a seamless NetSuite payment integration. Vendors can receive ACH transfers while payment records stay synced automatically between Melio and NetSuite.
Yes. You can disconnect the NetSuite payment integration at any time from within Melio settings. Your existing NetSuite data remains intact, and any payments already processed through Melio will continue to appear in your records.
Other than NetSuite, Melio integrates with Xero, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Desktop (available on the Unlimited plan). Amazon Business is also supported as a separate integration for purchasing workflows.
