See all invoices on Melio and on QuickBooks Online. Send payment requests easily and auto-reconcile those payments.
Get paid and have those payments sync back to your QuickBooks Desktop software. All the money your business makes—up to date in both places.
Log in to Melio & go to Settings.
Choose Accounting Software Sync.
Click Connect under QuickBooks.
Put in your login information when prompted.
Vendor details
Melio pulls unpaid payments and vendor information from QuickBooks Online, so you don’t have to manually enter vendor details.
Outgoing payments
Once you’ve completed scheduling a payment in Melio, your QuickBooks Online account is updated with the payment details.
Incoming payments
Once invoices are paid in full via a payment request, they are synced back to QuickBooks and marked as paid in both accounts.
