How it works.
Step 1
Log in to Melio & go to Settings.
Step 2
Choose Accounting Software Sync.
Step 3
Click Connect under QuickBooks.
Step 4
Put in your login information when prompted.

What syncs?
Vendor details
Melio pulls unpaid payments and vendor information from QuickBooks, so you don’t have to manually enter vendor details.
Outgoing payments
Once you’ve completed scheduling a payment in Melio, your QuickBooks account is updated with the payment details.
Incoming payments
Once invoices are paid in full via a payment request, they are synced back to QuickBooks and marked as paid in both accounts.
