Add your bills and invoice information once, and it automatically syncs in both Xero and Melio.
All payments coming in through Melio requests will automatically be associated with the correct invoice on both platforms.
Be in the know of each invoice and payment at all times. Improve tracking and better manage your cash flow, so you’re never caught off guard.
Log in to Melio & go to Settings.
Choose Accounting Software Sync.
Click Connect under Xero.
Put in your login information when prompted.
Vendor details
Melio pulls unpaid payments and vendor information from Xero, so you don’t have to manually enter vendor details.
Outgoing payments
After scheduling a payment in Melio, your Xero account is updated with the payment details.
Incoming payments
Once invoices are paid in full via a payment request, they are synced back to Xero and marked as paid in both accounts.
